The Competition will be 18 holes medal, in teams of four, with the three best score to count, in the event of a tie the fourth score will count. The handicap limit is 28 for boys and 36 for girls. Clubs may enter two teams of four. There will be gross, and net team trophies. Girl competitors will play the men’s card and receive a handicap adjustment of the difference between the SSS of the ladies and men’s course. The teams with the BEST Net and BEST GROSS score will have FREE ENTRY to the league in 2013.

All players must be under 18 years of age on 1st. January 2012.
The Mann Cup is restricted to players who are members of a Gloucestershire Golf Union affiliated club and will be played in conjunction with the Team Championship. The winner will be the nominated player with the best Net score. There is also a shield for the best Gross score. Each eligible club is to nominate one player before the closing date with a handicap of 14 or below who need not be a team member. Players with a handicap higher than 14 may be entered but must play off 14. Thus an eligible club may enter one or two teams of four players and ONLY one individual for the Mann Cup who may be an member of their team or entered as a separate individual player.
